only if you play with prologue i think. but the cave can be skipped with warping.

I always skip prologue and web is always there for me, I forgor warp.

I think it's a good option to have if it works like the other dungeons where you can open it if you want (which would remove the web).

This was a thought some time a go but i like the option of Forest having options.
