Hi everyone, this is my first post. I started flying FPV earlier this year and built my first quad myself. As a base I followed the Scrazor FPV build project. I had a crash where several components got damaged, but I replaced most of them. Now I’m facing a major issue:
I can’t get any RC inputs to show up in Betaflight anymore, even though the receiver clearly connects to my radio. Before the crash everything worked perfectly.
After the crash I replaced the FC, ESC, and the receiver — but ever since then nothing works. Maybe one of you has an idea.
Hardware
SpeedyBee F405 V4 Flight Controller
SpeedyBee 4in1 ESC
Radiomaster RP1 (ExpressLRS)
Radiomaster Pocket
Betaflight 4.5.x (freshly flashed)
Symptoms
LED on the receiver blinks 3× fast, pause, repeating
Radio connects, telemetry comes through
No movement in the Betaflight Receiver tab
Throttle stuck at ~885
Can’t arm
No reaction to stick input at all
Already tried / ruled out
Wiring
Tried RP1 TX → R2 and R3
Tried RP1 RX → T2 and T3
Swapped TX/RX multiple times
Re-soldered the pads multiple times
Tried different UART pads
UARTs tested on:
UART2
UART3
→ Same behavior every time
Firmware
FC freshly reflashed
Betaflight newly set up
ELRS receiver and radio reflashed multiple times

At this point I’m getting pretty frustrated. It’s possible I’m missing something obvious — I’m still new to this hobby.
