Are the RX and TX connection pins swapped between ELRS receiver and FC (RX to TX and TX to RX)?

Hi so I have selected the on uart 1 and at betaflight also 1. Yes rx is on tx1 and tx is connected to rx1 in the copter

I have also tried another uart but the same game.

Opentx is installed on the spark. Also have a second spark with another expresslrs module also tried the same no bars there

Is copter for a colleague. It has the same spark and the same expresslrs module as me. With my copter everything runs without problems. I have already tried with my spark but there is exactly the same problem.
