Hi, didn't seem to find any info about this kind of problem from anywhere so decided to create a post about it.
Currently experiencing total loss of telemetry that happens after a few minutes or right after changing packs. Telemetry shuts fully off with no explanation, last few times it has went down from -75 and lq 7:100 > -130 and 0:0. Boxer still shows values and doesn't say that I've even lost telemetry, but osd shows -130 0:0 and no inputs go through. When unplugging it loses telemetry from boxer and after plugging a new pack I cannot connect it anymore. Edit, looking closer at the dvr, seems like it just cuts down the telemetry, osd has still visible telemetry so disregard that.

Bench test ok, -20 to -35 with no irregular jumps with 250hz and 25mw.
Tried two speedybee sb 2.4, one used that worked and one new.
Power has no effect, tried 25-250mw.
Tried elrs 3.4.3 and 3.5.3 on both sb 2.4 and boxer, with matching versions of course.
Multiple packs tried, shouldn't be an issue with them.
Tried two uarts and two bat pads since the fc has 4.5v pad designated for the receiver, so tried switching that to a 5v.
Reflashed bf 4.5.1.

There is currently a decent amount of snow, so things do get wet but I've flown the whole winter in these conditions and dumping the quad in snow doesnt seem to affect this at all. Also the whole quad is conformal coated so shouldn't be an issue anyways. Can the fc (Jhemcu GF30F405-ICM) actually just be bad, or is my boxers internal tx dying? Going to try an external module today to see if that helps, but if that isn't the issue I'm going to run out of options.

could you reflash your flight controller so that OSD(Digital) is excluded from the build options, along with other options you're not ever going to use on this drone.
You're on analog, but you still have USE_OSD_HD build flag.
the CPU Load is also at 42% which is a bit high for an F405

Cpu load could explain a bit, since feels like something is cutting it completely off, perhaps because of resources. I'll try that today. Also problem has been that if it actually connects after putting in a new pack, lq is instantly dropping to 60-80 and I cannot fly over 20m without failsafing. Land with -50, 7:100 > new pack > -90, 7:75.

Vtx admin, meaning like smartaudio? New with these but using smartaudio, tbs unify pro 5g8.

Went to test it, not the same outcome as usual but almost the same. Flew a pack with no issues, dumped the quad into snow to make sure this isn't about bad waterproofing. Got a pack in with no problems, next pack also but at the end crashed into snow and had to recover it. After that, gets telemetry but cant go over 5 meters since lq drops to 40 within 2 meters. This has also happened earlier without any crashing. No difference with the external module, so that can be ruled out. Can a bad esc cause this? It dies randomly after crashes (like now), need to replace that since it is over 4 years old now.
