No, just select a single band packet rate

The only packet rates that will use both bands are the GemX modes (X150 and X100 Full)

You can remove a band by clearing the values in "Power Value(s)" if you want only 2.4G and clear "Dual Power Value(s)" if you want Sub-G only.
