Hello guys and girls!

I have a interesting question. I have a jumper t-pro V2 which has a joystick-mode. Is it possible to build a adapter with a arduino or ESP32 where I can connect the controller via USB and the input-signals are then changed to crossfire RX/TX signals? I would then like to connect the RX/ TX to the FC. Is that possible? Thanks for everyone reading and maybe answering my question with a solution:)

Everyone stay healthy and have great day! Greetings from 🇩🇪👋

Can you provide more details on what you are trying to do?

Why can't the radio just output CRSF directly?

Hey, thanks for the answer! I would really like to test it out for a optical fiber drone. I would like to make it over the USB interface.

nearly all use cases of these optical fiber reels stem from warfare usage

Yes, but I am interested in testing (for my own) new systems out :), I am also living in germany, so no war

I am just interested in new tech in the drone/ fpv world.

is there an issue you have with traditional control links (like ELRS)? There really isn't much use for fiber optic connection outside of extremely secure and/or high interference situations. It's bulky, fragile, and quite expensive
