It's working with the plug in and lights are flashing
it's flashing orange and then would go into wifi mode, yeah (green-yellow fade cycle)?

this only updates the internal 4-in-1 module on the tx16s..
shouldn't affect the radio itself and how it works with any external modules
so what about those pins?

I'd recommend reflashing the radio using the edgeTX buddy, following the edgeTX documentation.

well, the sd card contents shouldn't really change unless YOU DID, either by formatting it and putting in new files (not from your backup of the factory contents) or if you used edgeTX buddy to format the card to put "new" files in.

I mean, if that's the ONLY file you put there, then it will not affect the radio settings/model settings (after it was flashed)

then, again, I'll suggest reflashing the tx16s via edgeTX buddy, and also check the voltage that the external module bay have.. should be equal the the radio's battery voltage
(probe the gnd and vbat pins if they'd be within 2s voltage)

alright I remeber what happend the other day when I was updating my radio
I was updating my radio through the bootloader menu, plugged my radio in with usb cable, then I download the firmware and moved after that something happed to my firmware and then my radio would not turn on at all . Then I found https://www.st.com/en/development-tools/stm32cubeprog.html and this fixed my radio for me to turn it on and know the modlue does not work did I do something wrong?

if you did the reflash correctly via the programmer, then the radio should at least power up..
eitherway, I'd still recommend reflashing via buddy
