the tune shouldn't really affect it, unless it's a whole config that changes the receiver and ports tab settings..

and if it only happens when you have the lipo on, and works fine with just usb, then it's more likely that sbus wire

unplug the air unit for now.
plug in a LiPo
connect to betaflight configurator and go into receiver tab, and check if you still have the channels moving

you're not going to use the sbus wire and it often causes issues with elrs receivers..
so that is one of my primary suspects

practice, practice, practice (either in a sim or IRL)
lower your camera angle. high camera angle requires you to pitch a lot, and thus require you to set a much higher throttle level so as not to crash the drone and keep it in the air, resulting into a much faster flight
lower your rates, so you do not have to make fast corrections
fly in angle mode for a while
