but what vtx do you have connected into the flight controller?

I meant that I turned off the control equipment, then turned on the drone and the receiver started flashing, that is, I exited boot mode

if controller is turn on and there's solid led, but when controller is turned off there's blinking led, that means you were bound when the receiver is solid led

pull up the expressLRS configurator with the pocket turned on and receiver has solid led and post a screenshot here
