which exactly were you trying to update?

if you're flashing the receiver on it, use via betaflight passthorugh method, target is the "iflight RX"

did you connect your receiver into a uart adapter? as that's what via UART entails

or is it still connected to your flight controller? which means you want to use via Betaflight Passthrough instead, or via WiFi

if you want to spin the fan NOW, with your Tx set to 50mW, then set fan threshold to 25mW or 50mW

fan threshold should be lower or equal to the power level if you want it to turn on..

then again, lower power level don't really need the fan spinning..
