not because the receiver is on-board it's automatically spi

well one by looking at it its got a ceramic antenna built into the diamondf4 board, and the mob8 elrs is marketed as spi

if that text in the corner says X12, then it is SPI and it's flashed with the wrong betaflight target

take the canopy off and post a full board photo it good lighting so I can check each of the chips on the board..

The first one was taken in Mexico or smt idk why its yellow

it is spi.. and thus it's flashed with the wrong target..

before you flashed it.. did you saved the configuration that's on it?
