Flight controllers with built-in ELRS SPI receivers are not flashed using ELRS Configurator, the ELRS firmware is "baked in" to Betaflight. What packet rate do you have set in the ELRS lua on your radio?
Have you set your binding phrase on the receiver tab in Betaflight to be the same as you have set on your radio?

So I think I might be bound again in beta flight and it seems to kinda arm but not controllable

okay its arming if i flick the arm off and on but the throttle acting crazy and not stable

if i hold it in hand the props will spin
but as soon as i let go or if i set it down and it tries to go it just stops

Sounds like you have the props on wrong, the motor direction set wrong, or the FC orientation incorrect

Okay so my motors were spinning backwards but not sure why, I think I changed them to match picture

I don’t really know what questions to ask anymore I’ve done everything in video and it’s still just doesn’t want to take off, it just failsafes or something right away
