Hey,first power on with a vtx (tran-3016w) and there is a buzzing sound but no lights and nothing sending(no output on the screen)

i may be wrong but
i think it is cooked. i had this same problem after i shorted one. 2 actually i shorted two

and it was kina making a buzzing sound like u sed

but no lights or anything else

I just dk what could have shorted it, I Wired everything correctly
