Hey,
i have this problem since months and cant get rid of it as soon as i turn on my Zorro (internal ELRS) i get this horizontal stripes seeing in the picture 2... I just updated everything... and asked alot around discord groups... i resoldered alot but its still not not the best job
Receiver is an RM Happymodel EP1
#massive noise when the radio is turned on

Is your stick mapping is right?
@tacit root you probably wanted to point to the BADRX error, strangely enough my min values in BF are at 989 and max values at 2012 for the stick although I have calibrated the radio again... but that can not be the cause of my problem or not ?
No radio in betaflight check if 3d mode in motor is off and I receiver tab check if you move stick if is right
how is your camera and VTX powered?
and how close is the receiver antenna to any video wires/electronics?
988-2012 is the standard range pretty much
Directly over the FC, i already tried an lc filter but didnt change anythimg
Everything was far apart i also tried to wiggle the cables and bring the stuff closer together to see some changes...but nothing
I just powered up my vtx to 100mW, that improved the picture a little but the lines are still the if the radio connects to the receiver
I mean 5V, 9V, vbat, etc?
See if the lines change when you change telemetry ratio or packet rate
That's never a good idea
No nothing
Okay will try 9v for the camera than?
Powering a vtx from FC 5V is not very nice to the FC's 5V rail
What power level is the vtx running at?
Generally you want to have a vtx that runs off of a higher voltage
And has its own 5v output
So that it can be used to power the camera if the FC's 5V rail is too noisy
But that's just my opinion
im running "5,8GHz TBS Unify Pro V3 5V" it doesnt has an 5v output 😦 ... didnt know it before
Well, it runs off of 5V and is a reallllly ancient model
100MW
Hmm, 100mW shouldn't put too much load on the 5V rail...
You can try to put the camera on 9V if it supports that, but tbh I wouldn't be surprised if that just made it worse.
i switched it up from 25 too 100/200 that made it alot better....
i will compare it, thanks for your time anyways
yes...
Are you sure that the issue is on the drone side and not the goggle side?
i have the same kind of noise in my video feed if the elrs receiver enters AP mode and also if the FC is connected to usb...
i have an receiver for smartphones that shows the same behavior than my googles
im using the Skyzone 04L V2
Hmm
Can you recommend an vtx with 5v output?
