well, we have no DVR and no ETX/OTX Logs to form conclusions from and formulate a solution..

Don’t tell us what information is useless when you’re the one asking for help.

#

If you know what is useless and what is not, then you are fully okay with helping yourself with the issue

#

Considering you come in here to ask for help though, we are going to ask for things that help us solve your issue.

In the most basic sense the interaction went something like this:
You: “I need help”
deadbyte:“show me DVR”
You: “that won’t help”

#

Then enable the relevant info, and send OSD

#

SNR, LQ, RSSI

#

We may notice things you do not

#

The behavior of the LQ is pretty important too. We can tell certain clues as to what may be the issue depending on how the LQ is dropping

#

your SNR is somehow dropping below 0

#

i have no idea why

#

but according to the RX, there is a huge source of noise nearby

#

also being at -74 for only being 50m away is not great

#

can i see your antenna mounting?

#

@strange latch

#

means you have more noise than signal.

#

try on arm.

#

assuming you mount it on the front arm, i think it will be better

#

but this seems like an odd issue indeed

It’s stated many times in the docs to use RSSI-dBm values instead of RSSI value

#

The stock RSSI value is garbage and shouldn’t be used
