Elrs stuck loading on TX16S

Hey everyone, I've been trying to make the switch to elrs, but I can't get my TX16S with an internal elrs module to load.

I tried to flash the module with the latest version of firmware but it fails each time. I roughly understand the error but I don't know how to go about fixing it. Ive updated the transmitter to the latest version of edgeTX. I've also reinstalled the lua script for it to make sure it's up to date but no change.

I do have crsf enabled and I'm pretty sure it's not a problem with my settings but I could be wrong. I'm currently at work but will be home in a couple hours to try some more trouble shooting. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

try raising the baud to 1.87 or 3.75M

I'm sorry I'm a little ingnorant as to how to do that, is that in the settings somewhere in the elrs configurator

I figured it out I bumped it to 1.87 and 3.75 and finally 5.25 but it still isn't working. I looked into the error it gave me and it's saying that the boot loader might not be responding

Internal connection might be broken or disconnected

Open the radio and inspect the wire harness is well connected

And for the ETX passthrough.. make sure you connected the usb cable on the "top plug", not the bottom plug as shown in the picture you poseted

Sorry that picture is misleading i was plugging it in on the top when trying to flash but I will try opening it and seeing if anything is off. Do you know if there is a way to cross pins and put it in boot mode

Can you please post a photo of the TX16S Box Top Flap, and the following screenshots from the radio:
System Menu -> Version
System Menu -> Hardware, Internal RF, Type and Baudrate
System Menu -> Hardware, Serial Ports

Model Menu -> Internal/External RF settings

Also, a screenshot of the Device Manager from your Windows computer, with Ports expanded, and the radio plugged in to USB with VCP mode
