Hi. I have my gear as above, I also tried to search for previous topic covering my problem but no luck. I'm on EdgeTX 2.8.3, both R9 previously updated with latest FLEX firmware, working well with Bardwell F4 aio v2 board.
So I'm trying to switch to elrs, I went through all howto steps, I succesfully flashed Tx 3.2.1 soft with passphrase, EU868 domain, also succesfully flashed Rx bootloader and using passthrough method also 3.2.1 soft, EU868, with the same passphrase. UID bytes in log files are identical. Wiring is good as in wiki - I'm using UART6 on FC.

But tx & rx are not connecting. Receiver is red flashing 100ms on/off.

I've already tried fw without passphrase, and different domain ie fcc915.
I think maybe I've missed something in radio configuration. ExpressLUA is working, model match is off, SampleMode is set to OneBit, adc off. In model config - external rf mode is crsf, and I tried different baudrates with no luck. Currently set to 400k.
Can someone point me a direction where to look, what to check again? I'll appreciate any help 🙂

how many characters does your binding phrase have?

9, only lowercase characters, and numbers.

how good is your TX antenna? it's the Super 8? what about the receiver antenna?
my experience with those aren't that favorable

Yes, it's Super 8. RX antenna is default T shape. I don't know how good they are. They were working without problems on frsky software. I'll try to test them somehow, maybe I damaged some wires by chance.

does the full beep code from the module sound off during boot?

Yes, there is melody and two beeps during boot.

do you have another receiver you can test? perhaps one that's ExpressLRS specific?
es900RX or the GEPRC 900MHz receiver

So lets assume right now I can't test another receiver, what can be the issue here? Hardware? I followed official documentation twice with the same effect.
Although there is one point in docs I actually think is misleading, in Frsky R9 receiver flashing. It first says "flash via s.port" but then it says "flash external module" - it's two different things, can it be mistake or I'm understanding it wrong?
