#PWM RX not cooperating
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
im trying to set up independent ailerons on a betafpv 5 channel receiver, but the right aileron is doing something i cant diagnose
it seems to be acting on-off, and only in one direction
the other aileron is working just fine though
Ch5 is a one bit arm channel. Move that to ch6 on the receiver, and select a full res mode in the ELRS lua
No, remap ch5 to ch6 in the receivers webui
ill try that
In the last screenshot, output ch5 should be set to input ch6 (aux2)
that did it, thank ye kindly
Make sure you select a full res mode in the ELRS lua
on the transmitter or the webui
Transmitter
Long press SYS, select ExpressLRS, then set packet mode to Full res 100Hz
Have you selected full-res mode? Are your channel outputs correct?
i selected full 100hz, and what do you mean by channel outputs? everything is mapped correctly
If you look at the channel monitor on your radio, are Ch4 and Ch6 moving as expected? Do you have any expo or rates set on Ch 6?
this is getting more into mixing/opentx than elrs, just a headsup
i set the weight and offset values to default on the radio and the servos are definitely not centered
Nothing in ELRS will change what is output to the servos, so if one servo isn't responding the same way it's coming from your radio
Swap servos between ch4 and ch6
See what they do
i swapped left and right ailerons in the mixing menu, they do the same thing
Same servo, or same channel?
the control horns are physically centered and there is enough physical range in the servo, i checked that
i swapped their channels
i didnt unplug any servos
Physically unplug the servos and swap channels that way
See whether the behavior follows the servo or the channel
So replace the servo
