#Bug or feature at Packet Rate "100hz Full" ?

I'm using Packet Rate 100Hz Full to get full resolution channel output. Everythin seems to be fine in Switch Mode "16ch". But if I use Switch Mode "8ch" , the Cannel 5 has only 1-bit resolution. The other 7 channels are working well.
Tested with ELRS 3.1.1. and 3.2.0. TX16s with external Ranger Micro (as well BetaFPV 2.4GHz Micro). RX: Mateksys.
Is this as expected or a bug?
