Flashing Radiomaster Zorro with ELRS | ExpressLRS Community | Page 1

I'm working on my first build and have been trying to flash my Radiomaster Zorro with ELRS 3.1.2. Every time I try I get this message.
Please help.

Having trouble updating your Radiomaster Zorro? Try the following:

Update your Zorro to at least EdgeTX 2.7.1

Follow the ELRS guide here to flash ELRS on your Zorro:

I've already updated EdgeTX to 2.8.0, gotten the Driver, and checked multiple times that I have the correct Controller selected. Also I made sure that there is an ELRS internal Module. It still doesn't work.

Can you turn on your radio, connect USB cable, select USB-VCP from the menu that pops up, and show a screenshot of Windows Device manager with the ports tab expanded?

Also, press SYS on your radio, page over to hardware, scroll down, and confirm USB-VCP is set to CLI

The VCP was set to LUA I switched that and am trying to flash it again

It got passed where that error was occuring but now I get a new one

Do you have a model loaded with Internal RF set to CRSF and External RF set to Off?

On the SYS -> Hardware page, is Internal RF also set to CRSF?

What baudrate?

Yes I have CRSF on both and external off, it is set to a 400k baud rate

Set baud rate to 1.87M

#

Although that shouldn't make a difference when flashing

Can you try on a different computer, or try flashing via WiFi?

This is the first time using the controller so it isn't connected to any wifi network but I will try another computer

If you can load the lua, put it into WiFi mode then connect to the WiFi network it creates. See the flashing guide I linked above.

Yeah, that's the CC2500 version

See if you can return or exchange it

Or you can buy an ELRS module for the back

But unless you have FrSky quads you can fly with the internal module I would just return it

this is my first time building a drone so i'm a bit lost, a friend told me to buy the 4in1 because he told me it has the internal ELRS module but if not which module ELRS should I order?
