Hey folks,

I'm working up a new build with the JB F7 V2 flight controller and Matek ELRS-R24-S Receiver. Flashed FC to BetaFlight 4.3, and flashed receiver with newest ELRS version and my binding phrase. Post-flash, the RX only blinks with the blink code corresponding to "Radio chip not detected." I am not getting a link back to my TX, a Radiomaster Zorro. I've tried re-flashing the RX multiple times to no avail, both in the default mode it powers up in and in the forced bootloader mode by powering it up while holding the button. I've tried flashing 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 as well. Below is the error message I receive:

Failed to connect to ESP8266: No serial data received.

I had an extra receiver, so I tried with that one as well, same issue. It flashes to update the firmware fine, but then it won't link to my Zorro and now both RX are giving the same error code of Radio Chip not detected.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: Issue solved, recovery flashed RX and it's working!

Connection attempts, times out with failed to connect.

Solid red now, not even doing the radio chip not detected blink as prior.

Do a recovery flash, or flash via FTDI

Follow these steps to recover a bricked RX:

- Move the 5v wire going to the receiver to a 5V pad that only powers on when a LiPo is connected
- Disable Telemetry in Betaflight
- Save and Reboot
- Close Betaflight Configurator and unplug USB and LiPo
- Bridge the boot pads or hold down the boot button on the receiver
- Plug in USB
- Click "Build and Flash" in the ExpressLRS Configurator, selecting via Betaflight Passthrough method
- Wait for the line PASSTHROUGH DONE to appear
- Plug in LiPo (with boot button held down/bridged)
- Wait for the process to finish (with success hopefully)
- Unplug everything, unbridge the boot pads, then power on to confirm the LED blinks, and then goes into WiFi mode
