I have a HGLRC sector x5 and a radiomaster tx12 with a betafpv 2400TX micro module and I am getting no stick inputs, everything else is working in betaflight. PLEASE HELP!

what firmware version does the receiver and tx module have?
on the ExpressLRS Lua Script, are you getting a C in the top right corner, indicating receiver and tx module is connected/bound?

Firmware version is 2.5.0 and yes there is a C

how many telemetry sensors are you getting on the radio with betaflight Telemetry enabled?
Model Menu -> Telemetry page (discover sensors if there's nothing there, discover new sensors if there's a least 10 there already)

does the receiver power up with just USB plugged in? have you tried plugging in a LiPo and rediscovering Telemetry sensors?

the receiver does power up with usb but i have not disovered telemtry with a lipo

on ports tab, set Serial RX to UART2 please instead of uart1

save and reboot and then try rediscovery of telemetry sensors..

and check if you're now getting stick movements in receiver tab in betaflight configurator

additionally, you would want to set uart3 peripherals column to disabled, and instead set VTX (IRC Tramp) on uart4 on the peripherals column
