Yesterday i have flown my quad with a Geprc Nano 2,4 receiver and suddenly I had a failsafe, where i had LOS to the drone around 100m away from me. Before and after I have flown there many times without failsafe. I used the Radiomaster Tx16 Mark 2 with built in Tx Modul with an Ouput Power of 100mW and 150Hz Packet Rate. Does anyone know, why there were a failsafe?

so that's within nominal baselines
and therefore, there's little reason you would failsafe..
get SD Logging configured on your radio so we have at least some hard data to base our guesses from

Could also clear black box and set up logging just in case it is an ESC desync, rather than a failsafe. You could already have that data to check this. Just one other possibility.
