I paid for the 34 RC recharge. The payment went through on my end, but my account did not receive the top-up. I tried again after a while and after seeing my bank send the successful payment, I got my 34RC. I'm still missing 34 more. I checked with the bank. They record 2 transactions. I check my PGR account. only 36RC (2 was already in there from a previous transaction). Sent an email to support_english@kurogame.com. Still. Please help and check if y'all got the same issue. Happened today at 5pm SGT.
