Cutscene animation unskipable

1. Bug happened since : Polaris Bond update patch
2. Device : Xiaomi 11T 8/256
3. location : PPC, Norman Revival and Main Story
4. Description: story and boss cutscenes animation unskipable/ skip button won't work then keep playing blank screen ufter cutscene end. Making me can't keep further into story progress.
   In PPC and normal revival it can be handle by relogin even it meant i must repeat the fight again. However in main story it wasn't works

If you skip the boss cutscenes too earlier, when the screen is still blank, the game will result in softlock.
