Bug for Volatile Priestesse mobile

I just finished buying the whole thing and I’ve gotten everything, the game shows I’ve got the coating and the profile picture banner but it is still showing that it’s locked so I can’t use them. I then go to the place it recommends me to get it shows where to get it in kanji, so I tap advance to go there and it says it’s not available.
