Almost all received chat stamps are missing

• Several events with stamps have been completed and no stamps are available.
• In some events, stamps were purchased.
• If they were in the previous version for events, then there are no stamps either, I have completed all events to the end.
• No stamps for achievements

The top row to the left of the gear icon in the last screenshot are the "folders"/categories of the emotes that are available on your account.
