1. January 12 2024 2. PC 3. Bug Location(in which game feature) : Training- Levelling up of one specific character (Changyu) 4. Bug Description : I'm not able to level up Changyu to level 30. It shows the excess exp from his last level up (which i did before reaching Commandant lvl 30) but won't level up on its own nor let me use any more exp. 5. Screenshot/Video(if there is one) :

not quite sure what exactly is causing the issue but maybe levelling up your commandant level might uncap it?

Update : the problem fixed itself once i reached lvl 31 but its now happening with other characters
