Please revamp the dialogues

as a lore enjoyer I would rather not sacrifice the quality of the story to cater to the degenerates, there are tons of other games they could play

I would actually love voiced story but man, compression would be an absolute nightmare for Kuro to tackle considering how long their stories can get

I personally enjoy reading every word, and I don't find it boring at all

different people have different opinions, I suppose

I do agree we should revamp earlier story though

definitely doesn't show the quality Kuro has now

it's why so many people drop the game, because the early game experience is real bad from a story perspective too

saying the story is boring just shows you're not very interested in reading in the first place, or you aren't partial to the way Kuro tells stories

if it's boring simply because it's not voiced, that's another problem entirely

if that's all it takes to make the story boring I'm afraid what you're looking for has nothing to do with the actual content itself

and the reason for people leaving the game is definitely not solely because of the story not being voiced, it's because of the repetitive gameplay loop

Personally I enjoyed the way things are currently. Sure the story would be more interesting if the dialogues are voiced, but I'd rather not have this game take up so much of my phone's gb lol

And to be brutally honest, if unvoiced dialogues deter people from not wanting to play the game or read the story themselves, then good riddance 🙄 Wouldn't want PGR to be filled with tons of degens that other certain gacha games are notorious for

Exactly! Once you've given an inch, next thing you'll know, you'll cater to a bunch of degens who would go out their way to harass the voice actors of this game, review bomb this game and other unrelated gacha games once Kuro Devs didn't give into their demands, and give death threats to artists on Twitter just because they drew a straight ship or whatever

Voiced story woud be neat, but think about all the storage space you would need. Not to mention the issue of JP voice and EN text not matching in length always.

long JP voiced dialogue vs a single short line in English or vice versa will be super awkward.

Just look at pose animations where they don't sync well

look at helltaker, someone paid several people to voice act it. it's on YouTube

don't forget about random people being offended because someone said "i dislike this meta character and won't be pulling" and dogpiling them because everyone must like the character and can't have their own opinions.

On the other hand, if someone made a objective pros and cons of a character, and the cons outweighs the pros, (insert character here) stans would send hate comments and death threats toward that person like "UuUuUuUhHhHh HOW DARE YOU INSULT MY WAIFU/HUSBANDO?!"
