[PC Client] stuck in a black screen

I can't enter the game it is just stuck on a black screen and after a while, it would say it is not responding. I already closed and opened the game multiple times while also restarting it and it still wont open.

I fixed this problem after I reinstalled the game but when I accidentally closed the game while doing a stage the black screen went back. So someone said in tech support to try opening it with the enter key instead of double clicking it and it worked for me. I haven't tried since if it still works or not.

I got into game 2 days without a problem. Now I'm having this same problem since yesterday.
