Hello! So I tried to complete this quest to overclock 3 weapons.
I leveled up 4* weapons for 3 characters to level 20. I was able to manage to overclock 2 weapons but was out of overclock supply so I stopped playing for a while.
The next time I checked my characters, the two overclock weapon became level 1.
The supplies to level up the weapons and overclock it didn't return so I am not sure what happened.
What should I do? Should I just level it up again? Or is there a problem with the account or something?

I leveled up 4*...
That’s normal, once you overclock you unlock another tier of levels
Check the blue thing on the top left of the weapon icon
That tells you how far you’ve overclocked it
