The "nerf" is that it will take a fully charged Yellow orb (consume 9 red/blue orbs) to gain the additional energy effect, just like his Hold Dodge. Currently, he can gain the 90 energy by just performing the move even without filling the bar completely, hence allowing some rotations to be possible (like the one Nuke used to reach 18M and almost 19M in his latest run).

So hold yellow will gives energy just not the editinal one
