If you use teddy to activate the gauge > get 10 stacks
Bianca uses 10 stacks each rot, while generating another 20. But with the 10 stack cap, she basically doesn't generate anything on her first rot with the gauge already full

SSS teddy raises that cap to 20 so

• Teddy activation gives 20 stacks
• Bianca uses 10 on first rot, then the other 10 on the next rot
• Afterwards bianca can either swap out, or do 1 rot that builds 20 stacks
