@simple dew she does a timestop on changing to her centaur form ..the first time you do it in battle
After that you can use the transform button to instantly go into centaur without cutscene or hold transform button to get a cutscene for transformation but it would no longer have timestop

So yeah timestop on transformation only the first time it is used in any battle
