I'm just saying but i would suggest instead of trying to live for living beings try to live for those non- living things which you deeply love whether it is even that single toy or plushie you can't live without, this mentality has helped me alot, i doubt I have suffered anywhere near you but there was a time when I had this really bad anxiety issues and me and my mum moved out of my abusive dad's house around then this mentality helped me alot and it still does cuz im really like REALLY bad in studies and my mother only expects me to become good in my studies but I just can't seem to do it however im trying to do better and get above 90% for the 1st time in my life in my exams(which are my schoo's final year exam) by using this same mentality of being attached to those non living beings you love

How to actually double ultimate with SS0 Hanying. Though, without the right investment, doing this is quite difficult - but at least still doable C: I also included an example Warzone run in Legend.
Lower invested Hanyings (no weapon resonance or sig weapon) should use 4 Cottie instead of 4 Patton - Patton does need DLT to work properly.

3 red 1 yellow + green > ult1 > 3p (full gauge) > tap ult 3 times, and then hold (use all gauge) > ult2

And then

6 red + green > ult1 > tap ult 4 times + hold ult on 5th (use all gauge + additional 3 blue for enough energy) > ult2 > swap out

You can always do 3 yellow before swapping out so in the next swap in you'd only need 3 red to start rotation
