The number on the gauge is called Correction Projectiles

Each one increases Flying ult dmg by 5%, and if 30 are consumed at once it gives another 100% base dmg

For the bullet ult, it gets more dmg from stacks of Main which you get by firing bullets with red orb

Maim lasts 3 seconds, resets when you gain more Maim. Caps at 12 stacks. All Maim is lost when exiting Repeater Mode (which happens after you ult)

So the bullet ult should NOT get buffed by the number on the gauge. That number is Correction Projectiles and does not affect bullet ult at all.
