Yes. Look here theres 4 orb always everytime you swap to S0 Teddy
1 of it will become matrix ping, which now it become 2x 3ping (1 matrix ping + 3 normal ping)
Then added with one extra orb from Lingya you can ping 1 more time, it'll activate red orb which you can ping to enter ult again

Oh, another thing to fix on Teddy
When you swap into her, you just need to press the yellow orb here 1x, not 2x
Dont press the 2nd time, thats not doing ice dmg but instead raydiance dmg
As you can see her ult button already available without needing to press the 2nd one
