Since I have a skill issue and am very slow, I used the following throughout my game
Swap in > Yellow (first rotation only) > Ult 1 > 🔵 (Hold BA+ Blue) > Ult 1
3x3 White > 🔴 > Ult 1 > 🔴(4x3 White) + 🟡 (BA + Yellow) + 🔵 (Hold BA + Blue) > Ult 2
This allowed me to achieve both ultimates in amplifier time

that's why I would try wata 3p > swap pyro > do slash + eclipse (you can qte vera 2x during pyro rota) > swap vera
and now do the orb regen basic hold core method for 2x vera rot, see if that kills
you should be able to qte pyro at least 3 times during vera rot
