The first time you use Teddy's 3-colour ult in a combat, it enables a passive. Which says using ults on other characters gives teddy energy. You need 3 ults to get full energy. And Teddy insta-ults on swap if you can. But I've been doing 2-ults with Wanshi, which doesn't give instault, but using the yellow after swap isn't that slow
