it's only "crazy" because she is an amp so she gets even more value from the SSS amp bonus (qte reset on swap, +10% more buff)

the actual effect for rotations is pretty simple
you get more energy on swap-in, you get 3 yellow orbs on swap-in, and you have half of your bar after ult 1
this is -2x3-pings from every initial rotation

dumbing it down it equals faster rotation

you also get some base dmg bonus

So doing long > short ult rots will allow you to fit in 1 extra rot at the end. You are no tweaking, you did it right the first time. 2 full ult rots are reserved for 3s or above
