That's also work, but the case Liv does more damage than Nanami.

problem is the Boss slower spanning where how much you beat the boss. Example: after reaching 100k boss imidietly spawn and then increase their spawn rate timers every 0.05 if I'm not wrong.

Since Liv is gonna waste many times after 1 ultimate, there is no time stop in there.

But Nanaburn has a long ultimate animation and make the boss spawned before Nanaburn delivers her burn DMG for late game.
