Well what I find really helpful as well is to setup energy before swapping Liv out, so the next time you swap her in she can insta ult. I think that's would save time regardless if you use sp delay. Because 2x3p dodge 3p is faster than hold dodge.

Ish 3 ult rot can fit within 9 seconds, extreme cases 8 seconds possible. Trick is to animation cancel. For example yellow orb can cancel red orb animation and vice versa, so you can ryr really fast. Hold dodge before ult1 animation can be cancelled as well, as long as you obtain the mark.
