ss3 and above liv rot (wants dlt, but there's a way to do without it in exchange for slightly slower speed):
1st swap: swap in > hold dodge > ult1 > hold dodge > ult2 (4 stacks) > swap out
subsequents:
swap in > hold dodge > ult1 > hold dodge > ult2 (4 stacks)
2x3p > dodge > 2x3p > ult1 > 3p > 4x special orb > hold BA > ult2 (full 12 stacks) > swap out
