It is. I started in Feb and barely had anyone now I almost have all meta teams . It just takes time . A few months and regular weekly completion . Maybe it will take a bit longer for you because triple patches are no more due to sync . So maybe you can get every meta team eventually too. Also always pull for new charas never backpull until you have many resources

You can get them to SS rank by using the skulls you receive after completing phantom pain cage and exchanging them in shop .as for signature weapons there is 80-20 with 30 pulls as the guarantee for wep. Always pull the new charas and sig of the new charas first before backpulling. At least that is the advice I have followed till now

swapping in gives half gauge, you do 3ping to get the other half then hold ult. when you finish all your rotation you can do a 3ping before swapping off, so you'll immediately have full gauge on your next swap in

in biancas most common rotation (SS + Sig), you will:
- do a hold-dodge rotation
- do a hold-basic rotation
- swap out
then later, once you swap in again, you do another hold-dodge rotation, and THEN the energy is tight
and SS helps out with this
obviously, equipping cottie removes energy issues altogether. but bianca doesnt want cottie in her best build

The only weapon that matters in this setup is Selena's. Hanying's and Aegis' weapons only affect their affix element setup (faster Ultima Slash and Ignition stack generation) and dmg boost as well as access to harmony upgrades (which is not needed in this case)
