The reason she is recommended so much is that she beats EVERY SINGLE S-RANK IN THE ENTIRE GAME. She is the strongest unit at equal invest, and on top of that, she is a tank, so you can also put her on cope teams to shred, except you can already use her in 5 teams without using luna: fire, lightning, plasma beam, glow, ignition

glow, plasma's parent element is lightning, so that's a no-brainer.
nanami has ignition affix, so she can be used as a fire tank if you don't have wata, or if nanami is higher invest.
ignition is self explanatory.

now to bianca.
she is a fraud. a betrayer. useless. to get her to equal invest you need to do gacha, while lilith can be freely invested into SSS with time. you also need to pull her sig so she can function. she also needs SS3 to even come close to being useful (that's not to say she doesn't make a difference, but her existence in the dark team is solely so lilith doesn't have to solo)
