if you do not sp delay then you have to do a 3 blue to get back into ult state

if you do 1x3b as normal then you have cucked yourself from the weather buff in the next rot, or you have to be extremely orb inefficient and overstack in order to trigger it

if you do 2x3b then you have cucked yourself from the sss passive edb buff, or you have to, again, be extremely orb inefficient to trigger it
