Vero was harshly nerfed in v4 beta, also han has very bad shred field, alongside with brickness of phys if you don't have shred. Vero can't be a main dps since she deals significantly less dmg than selena, but she's at least stronger than hanying

From what I gather, for burn stacks to reset to 20 consistently, you need to let the stacks run out on an enemy before you do her 2nd stage yellow orb in ult form
As long as you build stacks on an enemy with that hit, the next wave will have 20 stacks at full duration

There are notably some ways in which this consistency fails
