It’s a bit awkward. Get Vero up to SS first via phantom shop. Then if you don’t plan to SSS your Alisa soon that’s when Vero will replace her. For Ignition just replace Vera for now, but I’m not really sure if Vero Vera and Nanami would do better, since your Dante is at a very awkward spot.

She needs to be swapped in to activate her shred field when she is a tank, otherwise only her QTE can apply resistance shred, which don’t have good up time or coverage. When a wave of enemies die, the new wave don’t have debuffs anymore, so you would want a constant DoT to reapply the debuffs asap.
