You didn't hold dodge immediately the second time. You have to hold it to fill your core bar. The rotation would be: yellow, yellow, hold dodge, hold blue, ult, repeat.

If you have DLT you won't need to hold dodge, just 3 sets of yellow into hold blue.

Yeah you did it, that's the correct rotation for solo. You also didn't need to hold dodge that long, you can release when you see blue orb light up.

Use 4 Jeane 2 Wilde 2 Darwin for Raydiance Bianca. Your damage come mostly from blue orb, and you can't speed up your rotation to ult faster either.

3. There are currently no zones for Raydiance specifically in Warzone. The best application for it would be to replace CW in lighting zone because Raydiance dmg can benefit partially from lighting buffs/shred/weather.

Ping a set of blue at the begining and do 223 for Lilith. For QTE, don't just spam immediately. If a wave of enemies has yet to spawn, spamming your QTE would be wasted damage. Also, assuming your DV is on Daren, when Lilith ults use Bianca's QTE first, then Daren's, then DV resets Bianca's QTE so you can use it again.
