Vergil isn't gonna be permanently available unlike Selena. Selena can be available in selectors, Anni banners and rerun banners.
Selena's SS3 outperforms Vergil at any rank for physical due to her Flower Ult damage
Therefore it makes Selena better than Vergil.

Yes, she does more damage at SS3 and it's way better than SS0, which is even more of a reason to avoid Vergil's higher ranks if especially F2P

Since Vergil and Dante are gonna be powercrept faster in comparison to other units as they are Collab characters and Collab characters who are meta as well + not available to everyone will need faster powercreep to make up for the loss.

And no Vergil doesn't outperform Selena at near equal invest. Near equal means SS3 vs SS0 or SSS vs SS3 and Vergil does not outperform Selena in Physical in that compassion.
Same case with Dante.
Effect teams can't be used in other contents or their parent energy type's contents so it's not a good investment specially when you know that they are limited units.

I TREATED it as an additive yes. It is just in the calc sheet it looks p unstructured but it is additive. No, the first JCE is in SDT. For some reason, Dante's SSS base dmg increase is multiplicative (Weird) but not the rest of his gigaloaded base dmg increase. Thank you for the comment!

Selena and Pyroath sig memory is not base dmg increase. I should be correct on the calc. Also double checked earlier and my Pyroath ult dmg dipped from 100k to 50k without the sig mem.

The next patch has an anniversary banner, so you can get a guaranteed S character. I think SS3 Nanami is better.

SS3 Vera isn't bad, but it's not really a huge impact. I've seen SS0 Vera get 7/7.5 million points this round
